- Sorry, non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
- The maximum occupancy is two persons including children and infants..
- All rates are subject to 11% Florida sales tax.
- A deposit is required to confirm a reservation - one night rental or 25% of total rental including tax (whichever is larger).
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash accepted. No personal checks accepted, except for advance deposits with 21 days for bank processing. All funds are in US funds.
- Rates and tax are subject to change and could be slightly higher on holidays and special events. Holiday rates may require a minimum number of nights.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or legal guardian).
- Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary.
- Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, R.V.'s, campers, commercial trucks, and motorcycles are not permitted on the property.
